1. Provider and contact

These terms govern the relationship between GardasData (“GardasData”, “we”), a brand operated by Yunus Emre Tetik that provides digital services through gardasdata.com.tr, and the person who purchases a service or uses the customer panel (“customer”, “you”).

2. Services

GardasData provides TeamSpeak 3/6 voice server hosting, music bot, SinusBot and management bot packages, together with a customer control panel, automated or assisted delivery and technical support. All services are software hosted on our servers and managed through the customer panel. They are prepaid for the billing period selected at checkout (for example 1 month, 3 months or 1 year). No physical goods are shipped.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Current packages and prices are shown in the Packages section. Prices are listed in Turkish lira (TRY) and include 20% Turkish VAT.

Available payment methods are bank transfer (EFT), debit/credit card via Shopier and account balance (credit). Once payment is confirmed, the service enters the setup queue and its access details appear in the customer panel.

Where payment by international card is offered, the order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders: it handles payment, applicable taxes, invoicing and returns under its own buyer terms and provides customer service for order-related inquiries.

4. Reseller packages

TeamSpeak reseller packages can only be purchased by bank transfer or via Shopier; they are not sold through Paddle. Resellers are responsible for the services they provide to their own customers and for their customers' compliance with these terms.

5. Customer obligations

• Keep account and contact details accurate and up to date
• Do not share panel access details with third parties
• The customer is responsible for actions taken on their servers, channels, bots and backups
• Use the services in accordance with applicable law and these terms

6. Prohibited use

• Spam, attacks, unauthorized scanning, malware or load that disrupts the service
• Illegal content, copyright infringement or harm to the rights of third parties
• Abusing the infrastructure in a way that degrades other customers' services

If a violation is detected, the service may be suspended or terminated.

7. Term, renewal, cancellation and termination

The expiry date of each service is shown in the customer panel. Before a service expires, a renewal invoice is created in the panel. Saved cards are never charged automatically; a service is renewed only when the customer pays the renewal.

You can cancel at any time by not paying the renewal or by asking support; you will not be charged for the next period. A service whose renewal is not paid moves to “Awaiting payment” at expiry, is suspended one day after expiry and is deleted three days after expiry, after which its resources are reused. Recovery of data belonging to a deleted service is not guaranteed.

8. Refunds

For every payment method, you may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date. Conditions and how to apply are described in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

GardasData provides its services with reasonable technical care, but does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. For outages caused by customer configuration errors, third-party software or force majeure, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected service.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page and applies to orders placed after its publication date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
